Founder & CEO
Characteristically enthusiastic and ardent, Mustafa is an entrepreneur, investor, and hotelier from Turkey. Over the years, he led several construction and renovation projects and worked alongside hundreds of talents, from architects, designers to local artisans. He is now sharing his experience in the market and his network with American Businesses. Mustafa has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent at Canterbury and has a Public Leadership Credential in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.

Design Consultant
Curious and experimental by nature, İpek is a scholar and multidisciplinary designer with a background in architecture and historic preservation. She is intrigued by characteristics that communicate universally and details that speak locally. She approaches design as an opportunity to tell a unique story through attention to material and detail, inspired by a sense of place and individuality. Ipek has a Bachelor of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and a Master of Design degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
